Dillon

Founder & CEO

This is Dillon. After studying marketing in college he had a desire to work as a digital marketing manager for a large company. He decided to start doing freelance digital marketing for small businesses in his hometown in Simi Valley, California to get the ball rolling. From there, he became instantly attached to digital marketing and had a passion to help small businesses grow with the use of digital marketing.

There are so many businesses wasting money or not fully utilizing the internet as a means for furthering their companies, and Dillon is here to make that happen one step at a time.

Mitchell

Director of Account Management & Delivery

With a deep passion for growth, systems, and service, Mitchell Neller serves as the Director of Operations at Ascentive Digital. He brings a rare blend of operational efficiency, technical expertise, and relationship-driven strategy to help businesses grow through targeted Google Ads campaigns, local lead generation, and streamlined digital systems.

Mitchell’s background includes years of experience in web development, front-end design, and back-end architecture, with a focus on platforms like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. Combined with his leadership in both marketing and service industries, he has a sharp ability to spot bottlenecks and build scalable systems that drive results.

At Ascentive Digital, Mitchell oversees day-to-day operations, client success, and internal growth strategies. From onboarding and campaign optimization to building out automation and infrastructure, his focus remains on clarity, execution, and delivering long-term wins for clients.

Devin

Director of Sales

Devon Toussaint serves as the Sales Director at Ascentive Digital, bringing a rich background in corporate finance and business development. With experience in securing over $50 million in funding for both cash-flowing and venture-backed companies, Devon combines financial acumen with a strategic approach to sales.

His leadership extends beyond the workplace; as the Membership Chair on the Elite OC Board, Devon is committed to fostering professional growth and meaningful connections within Orange County’s vibrant business community.

At Ascentive Digital, Devon leverages his expertise to drive client acquisition and revenue growth, ensuring that businesses receive tailored solutions to meet their marketing objectives.
